Ride-A-Long Application
This application is for the opportunity to Ride-A-Long with a
Holts Summit Police Officer. Once your form is filled out
completely and turned in, it will be submitted for review. Once
the review (Administration review, background and approval of
the Chief of Police) process is complete you will be contacted
in regards to the approval or denial of your request. If you

Information Release Form
This form is for the release of information that the Holts Summit
Police Department has in their system. This form is to be filled out
and any information that can be given to the requesting party will
be done. There is a fee for copies of the documentation being

Watch-In-Passing Form
The Watch-In-Passing form is designed for your local law enforcement
to be aware that you will not be at your residence or business for a
period of time and would like extra patrol's of the area. The form
needs as much information possible for law enforcement to be able to
